Swiss Bank ZKB asked us if we could create a workflow to batch-process a series of Excel files into fully customised InDesign layouts, render .pdf files and make the final result available to the branch staff.
Predefined areas of a very large Excel data sheet was changed into an XML data stream. The multi page reports are laid out on the base of complex presets. The result is a report for the potential end client, a mix of the clients own financial data and the most current stock data relevant to a potential investment. Hundreds of individual reports a produced every day.
